So for us, activities and development are of a lower level than Isabelle's actual age. Her maturity is more that of an eight year old and at school she was working at year 2 work whilst in year 6.
I focus her learning on life skills so we look a lot at money skills, times tables and general adding and subtracting so I know she will be able to go shopping for herself and work out basic maths by herself.
Isabelle's also needs to learn about personal, social and emotional skills as well as keeping herself safe outdoors and indoors.
If I try to just give Isabelle a work book or sheet she will not engage and only lasts for very short 10-15 minute bursts when she does engage in learning. We tend to to active activities such as games and if there are more written repsonses needed then we will cut and stick answers or talk about them.

We looked at what services each professional provides. Isabelle had to decide which person you needed in each scenario.

This money activity allows for adding and coin recognition. Again this involved cutting and sticking as Isabelle does not enjoy writing.

A bingo based time telling game which Isabelle loves. No writing involved but still learning to tell the time whilst having fun!

This is a times table game for kinaesthetic learning which means actively learning. So I would show Isabelle the sum and the possible answers would be on the floor and she would have to run and stand on the right answer.

There's lots of these colour by number/ multiplication sheets online to print. Just another way to encourage learning but with a fun element of colouring rather than just sitting and writing the answers out.
Alot of the activities I do are a mixture of my own that I have drawn or created on word or things I have found via Twinkl or just gebenrally online which I then change to suit Isabelle's needs and abilities.
